Additives are the elephant in the room of the Tequila industry: often alluded to, but decidedly abstract.
Starting with dissecting the Mexican law, we sourced the actual chemical compounds that are permitted to be used in Tequila, and built an unbiased, academically rigorous, remote learning program to train hospitality professionals how to taste Tequila and how to identify and taste for additives.
