Distilling Academy
Spirit production from start to finish with no “yada yada yada.”
Distilling Academy has been a four week, hands-on, chemistry-driven distillation course designed specifically for working bartenders. Students start the first class with raw materials (molasses, barley, or apples, depending on what they will be making) and finish the last class laying down a single barrel spirit. Started in 2013, Distilling Academy boasts hundreds of graduates who are working at and running programs all over the country.
